Reliable, transparent agent with good communication throughout the process

I’m genuinely grateful to have had Linda Clemente as our agent. Selling a newly completed home came with a lot of moving parts, and at times it could have been very stressful - especially as I was travelling overseas during key stages of the campaign. Linda was calm, structure, and brought momentum to the process, and I always felt reassured knowing she was on top of every detail. As a vendor, Linda was transparent about her marketing strategy and explained each step in a timely manner. She communicated consistently, responded quickly, and was receptive to my feedback. Her timeliness and professionalism protected the campaign timeline and reduced stress significantly given that this campaign was done at the beginning of the year which was not ideal (extreme weather amidst some people being away). What stood out most was Linda’s balanced approach with prospective buyers. While she represented our interests strongly, she also acted in a way that supported buyers to make the best decision - she was honest, clear, and prompt with information, which built trust and helped the whole process feel fair and smooth. I believe that kind of integrity is rare and it is a great asset given that this campaign focused on running through the auction process. I am of the opinion that this reflects very well on her character and work ethic. I would confidently recommend Linda to any vendor who wants an agent - who is competent, ethical, organised, and genuinely invested in achieving a great result while keeping the process respectful for everyone involved.
