To Whom it may concern, I visited the above mentioned property on the first opening i believe. My funds where ready and approved by the bank and i was looking for an investment property. In the past 12 months i had been looking for investment properties for both my children and in time purchased properties for them but that came with a lot of patience looking for the right ones, knowing what was out there, would it suit them, and how much certain areas would cost. I almost didn't get to Klemzig opening. it was freezing cold that day and hail was starting on OG rd close by. I live five minutes away from the Klemzig home turned back to go home and something told me " go back " walking into the Klemzig home, i immediately liked what i saw had a quick look around asked how much the asking price was and walked out. it was quick, Jann called me on the monday following and since meeting her the purchase of The Parkway was quick, smooth, pleasant and friendly not to mention respectable. there was never any ill feeling towards Jann she was smiling, approachable and very informative. She explained about the property to me in detail intact i was to leave for New York shortly after the sale going through and she made things happen with ease. I have nothing i could fault her for. We have had the property rented since the purchase and have had no problems whats so ever. It was plus purchasing this one i believe :) Alessandra DIGLIO
