I have read previous reviews of Vinny"s performance and they were all glowing. From the recent sale of our house I can only endorse the comments others have made. We achieved a good sale price prior to auction and in all aspects Vinny was very professional. Reporting back was ongoing and there was no uncertainty in what was happening. It was a pleasure to work with Craig Hadfield to sell my property. The property was not easy to sell because it was in a semi-remote rural area and had quite a few unique features. This meant that the purchase price was higher than most local people could contemplate. After separating the property into two parcels we quickly obtained buyers for the main part of the property at a price acceptable to us. Craig was diligent, hard-working, enthusiastic and fully committed to the sale. He was always approachable and a very calming influence when we were worried that sale is not proceeding as rapidly as we hoped. I would certainly recommend Craig to prospective sellers in his area. I was encouraged to use David as the agent to market and sell our property by reading reviews on Ray White's website. We have not been disappointed. David and Danielle work as a team and they have both been very professional and the level of communication has been exceptional. David was in regular contact with me regarding the progress of the campaign and, once a buyer was found, regular updates on negotiations for exchange of contracts. David also went above and beyond our expectations in providing assistance to resolve our pool compliance issue. Meanwhile, Danielle was also always there to assist as necessary. Awesome team. The book of photos which I received yesterday from David and Danielle "to keep alive the memories" of our family home was also a very nice touch and so unexpected. We are impressed and we highly recommend David to market your property.
