I bought an apartment from Anthony in March 2020. I was based in NSW at the time and unable to inspect the property myself. Anthony happily facilitated numerous inspections from multiple different family members based in Brisbane. Anytime I had any requests from Anthony he was only too glad to help. At no stage did Anthony make me feel like I was bothering him. He was always super friendly and helpful. Anthony was recommend to me . He was right on the mark with his sale estimate. He spoke with decades of knowledge and experience in this industry. He new from open inspections and buyer comunication the market sentiment and spoke to me nearly everyday on buyer feedback. He was helpfull on costs eg marketing costs and commission was much lower than other agents yet service was top class. ADVICE TO ALL IS TRY HIM WHEN GOING TO SELL.

We met Anthony and Mathew for an appraisal of our property. They were honest, diligent and very open and trustworthy. Their feedback about preparing the property for market probably yielded extra revenue when it was sold. A wonderful marketing campaign designed to target the audience that suited the home and it's wonderful features. They provided weekly reports. Feedback on open homes conducted and ensured that we were always part of the process of selling the home. At the point of contract they were supportive and caring and ensured that we achieved the best result for our property. I must commend them both for their honesty and integrity. Their strategies and hard work ensured the property was sold in a very short period with a wonderful outcome for us. I went with a local agent and that choice paid off. During the initial appraisal, Anthony was looking for the potential in my home - widening the scope of potential buyers. Then we sat down for coffee and Anthony spent an hour getting to know me as a person. From then on, it was easy. Of course there were hiccups but I never felt stressed about them. Anthony got to know the buyer too. By the end, we all felt like old friends. The rest of the staff at Ray White Nundah were just like family. Overall, as positive as the experience of selling a house can be.
