Sale of Townhouse
We were very impressed with the service that we received from Anthony and the team! The process was handled professionally and did not cause us any stress at all! Anthony handled everything in the background and involved us when required. Our townhouse sold very quickly. Thank you!

Willing to help sort the little issues and communicate back.
Thank you Anthony. There were little issues along the way with the sale v tenants. Anthony was happy to get in and sort out the problems and answer the questions very quickly. Communication was excellent even on days off and late evenings an email would arrive.

Anthony and all his team were amazing.
From the moment we started dealing with Anthony and Mathew Watene, everything went so smoothly. They knew their stuff and everything about the apartment back to front. Importantly, we felt they were concerned with looking after us and the vendors. Great service and communication from go to settlement. Thorough, professional, personable Service
We were delighted with the service Anthony and his team at Ray White Nundah gave us when selling our unit in Nundah. Anthony reflected our sensitivity over not renewing the lease of our perfect tenants. It was important to us that our tenants were treated respectfully. Thanks Anthony. Anthony's advice and guidance regarding preparation work to the unit prior to sale was spot on. He did this in a collaborative way, working with us as to what we all thought needed to be done or not done. When it came to understanding the eventual selling price, Anthony had the local knowledge and current data in a very volatile market. He guided us on our expectations on price. Using his knowledge of what was happening in the current market he maximised our selling price. I have no doubt there was "no money left on the table". We also think Anthony's approach means our purchasers were treated well and are happy with their purchase. The support staff out Ray White Nundah were very helpful through the whole process, making sure we had all information or documentation when we needed it. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Finally, if you are looking at selling a property in the Nundah area, talk to Anthony. He is a bit of a character, very personable, and clearly gets a great job done.

Great experience selling
Anthony knows Banyo well and had a really good understanding of what was selling in the suburb, for how much and why. He kept me informed at all times and kept the process simplified and clear. That the property got so many visitors to both the online listing and the two open homes with numerous good offers was a sign that it was marketed well and handled well right through to settlement.

Anthony is personable experienced.
Anthony is personable and experienced with real estate. He communicates easily what is required by both the Agency and the Seller. I went with one of their solicitors whom I thought would be local but was far over the other side of the city. I thought that was unusual, but apart from that, very happy with the service and the outcome.

My first experience buying a property
Anthony is very professional, Courteous and helpful. He made the whole process simple and straight forward whilst providing clear feedback and support along the way. It seems to me that many agents treat the seller like a customer but buyers as just an opportunity. Anthony on the other hand treated me with great care and respect even though I was just one of many potential buyers he would have been working with at the time. It was a very pleasant experience and I thank him for it!

Terrific People Skills.
Anthony is a true professional. Along with his protégé, Mat they make an excellent team. Anthony is a truthful and down to earth person, qualities I admire but aren't always present in the real estate industry. Anthony will look after you as a real person, not someone to make dollars from.
