Under contract first open house

Dwight and his team have been fantastic. From our first meeting, Dwight reassured us that he would get the job done, and he did! We weren't in a rush to sell our house, but given we had bough elsewhere, we definitely wanted it sold as quick as possible. We hoped and prayed we would be luck enough to get it under contract at the first open house, and Dwight did it! His negotiation skills came to the fore, getting us the best possible price between two offers. His communication through the process was fantastic - he was always easy to find and responded quickly. I really appreciated he would regularly check in with us to see how we were going, and gave us a gently nudge when we were being lazy! He put us in touch with a stylist who came over and gave us tips on how to style the property for sale, and she was fantastic! Just a few simple things I wouldn't have thought of made all the difference! This is the 3rd time we've sold property, and the first time we've had a positive experience doing it. Let's be honest - moving sucks, so we're hoping to stay in our new house for many, many years. But, if we did have to sell again, we wouldn't hesitate using Dwight again!
