Personal & supportive service.
We have been using Ray White Bracken Ridge's property management team for the past couple of years and have appreciated the professional relationship throughout that time. The team are personable, approachable and supportive in property decisions and are quick to acknowledge and pass on information to us, the landlords, if any issues arise with the house or tenants. The PM team at Ray White Bracken Ridge are professional, courteous and efficient and I would recommend their service and the high level of selling expertise by the rest of the RWBR team to anyone!

Great Agency with Great communication!
While Marina has been managing my property, I haven't had to worry about anything. She keeps me well informed and acts lightning fast on any actions that are needed. Highly recommended!

Marina was fantastic
Marina kept us fully informed throughout the leasing process. Although the property sold before she found a tenant, her communication continued right through until settlement.

Such a great agency
We have been renting for a number of years now and had nothing but trouble with our real estate agents until we started renting through Ray White Bracken Ridge. They have been nothing but helpful and show us they really does care if we have a good experience while renting. It's such a relief to find a agency we can trust and know that our concerns will be heard! No stress involved for me!
I have had a good experience with Ray White, Bracken Ridge. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. I had originally listed to sell my property but wasn’t what I was after and now am extra thank ful it didn’t sell as we are renting it and planning on turning it into our family home in the near future. I am pretty slack and hopeless when it comes to being a landlord, which is why I’m super happy that everything has been easy and taken care of for me. Thanks again x
