This was a deceased estate. We chose Gavin as he had previous dealings with my father who trusted him and that was good enough for me. From the start he was very understanding and showed compassion towards the family. Once we got into the finer details he advised us of what was happening within the market in terms of value. He advised us of what we could do to the house (Paint/Professional Clean/Staging) with minimal cost that would assist in selling the house and we would be able to see a return on this advise, which we did. We discussed what we would like to sell for which he took note of and put in on the market. Within the first week on the market he had it sold for the higher end of what we were asking. He was very professional through out the whole process and kept us up to date right through. Would recommend him to anyone
