Gavin first came to my house in November 2014 for an initial meeting and review our property. Gavin was honest in his appraisal of our property and told us all the things we needed to do to our property and that included new carpets , repainted interior, garden upgrade, curb appeal etc if we were to achieve the sale price we wanted. over the next 10 months Gavin followed up with me on several occasions to see our progress. When the house was ready to go onto the market Gavin already had interested parties ready to view the property. Over the next 5 to 6 weeks Gavin worked very hard for us to achieve the set price and in the end Gavin was able to get for me a price above what was advertised. Gavin's people skills are exemplary and you would go a very long way to find a person who is as engaging, polite and genuinely caring than Gavin. I would have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending Gavin as an agent and the Ray White organisation who were proffesional with every aspect of my sale.

Such a breeze to work with - Gavin was very flexible and let us take on some of the styling of the property but still guided us on what styles our target market would want in the area. I would highly recommend Gavin as an honest and down to earth agent, who can think outside the square when selling your property. The proof is in the pudding though - our property was due for auction, but it sold 9 days into the campaign - home run Gavin!
