Wow!!! What an amazing result!!! Not only does Gavin have great knowledge of the area and the market, but he is also approachable, easygoing, passionate, and driven. He communicated with me regularly and kept me up to date, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and helped settle any nerves I had about going to auction as he continued to assure me that auction was going to get me the best possible price. I'm blown away. The price I got at auction was far greater than any expectation I had, and it was well above reserve. Gavin was always helpful and approachable.As we live interstate all communication was done via phone,emails and SMS which was prompt and swift.Nothing was ever to much trouble or effort for Gavin or his associate Hayley.Prior to settlement the house next door to ours had a fire which damaged our property which sent the settlement into a spin.This caused multiple problems which Gavin took on board and solved professionally.We have and will continue to recommend Gavin as an agent and Ray White Pakenham.
