Very approachable and helpful. Need to be stricter with tenants when they leave. I found the rubbish bins were left full and very stinky and the garden had not been looked after very well. Overall I would recommend Tanika as an excellent property manager.

I have been with Ray White for several years & my recent experience confirmed that I am with the best agent around. We purchased a new property just before Xmas, had one open & we have a tenant already - I am ecstatic at how quickly they were able to rent our place. But it was not only that, they came to my house several times to pick up stuff & also assisted with the final inspection. I have used many agents in the past but Ray White set a very high bar.
