I've had the pleasure of Dina Alic from Ray White Pakenham being the property manager of my investment properties. Recently as a first time property investor Dina has done a fabulous job on keeping me updated of any new developments and have appropriately stayed in contact with the happy tenants. During this rough market Dina has also displayed strong resilience and has proactively worked through countless inspections and withdrawals which is a huge testament to her work ethic. Hi the agent staff has been very prompt response and professional He has also provided professional and effective advice From advertise my house , and boost ads , and register interests and open for inspection are all provided good advise However, they have been wrong about rental listing price which caused none interests for a while and very low attendance during inspection I would like to suggest all landlord need to do research by yourself especially on listing rental price during current rental market unless you would like your property empty for long while or youre rental price is much lower than market average price and so many ppl applied already

They took the stress off me , by explaining and offering as much help as they could. Nothing seemed too hard for them. The young man who came to take photos to advertise my house are the most beautiful young man I have seen this year by far. Very kind, professional just made me feel like I knew what I was doing even though they knew I didn’t. The communication has been excellent.
