I was very nervous and reluctant about leasing my first investment property and didn't respond to agents for sometime until I met Jess at Ray White, Pakenham. Jess made the entire process of leasing so much easier, always transparent, thoughtful and patient with my expectations and questions about rental property and its value in the area. Being from a different state didn't make me nervous at all working with Jess as I trusted their knowledge of the rental market in the area. Jess was always contactable, answered my questions and made sure my decisions were respected and realistic, getting my property in order for the new tenants just in time for Christmas. Highly recommended.
