From the very first meeting with Gavin he came across as a down to earth person (which we LOVED). We also found Gavin to be very approachable, not pushy, extremely positive, and best of all very knowledgeable of the area in which our property is located in. If your property needs a touch up Gavin has a abundance of tradies at his disposal (which we used) which made our job of a lot easier and we were able to present it a lot sooner than expected.
