And then terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. How could i possibly figure this out, as non-local first-time homebuyers? Thats when i found Ron Marshall in one of the inspections. Working with Ron Marshall at Ray White (Pakenham) exceeded any of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Ron was incredibly friendly and took time to explain every detail for buying a house. Ron wasted no time from the moment i put in my offer for the house. He took the written offer from me and got back to me same day with a positive response. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though i was on a very tight timeframe. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in my offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Ron! Gavin has a very good idea of the Pakenham Property Market and Demand. I attended few auctions before purchasing the property he managed and in all those auctions his expected price range matched the market demand.
