Pleasant and understanding

Gavin, was very good to deal with. He was pleasant and listened to my requests as a buyer and was always available when need and kept the communication lines open to enable me to buy the house. I have walked away in the past if I find the agent rude or unpleasant and refuse to buy a house due to an agent been rude. Highly recommend Gavin

Such a breeze to work with - Gavin was very flexible and let us take on some of the styling of the property but still guided us on what styles our target market would want in the area. I would highly recommend Gavin as an honest and down to earth agent, who can think outside the square when selling your property. The proof is in the pudding though - our property was due for auction, but it sold 9 days into the campaign - home run Gavin!
