Jaya was amazing at marketing my property, he was always available to answer any questions I had. From our first meeting to my property going live online, to open inspections Jaya kept me updated at all times. Auction day I was so nervous but Jaya put me at ease, he did a fantastic job getting so many people to my property. The auction went so much better than I could of ever expected, almost $100.000 over the reserve, Jaya made this happen.
