Communicative, transparent, and fair negotiator

We recently purchased our first home via Michael under some time pressure, and found him to be a breath of fresh air in an industry that can often feel full of opportunistic players. Michael was highly recommended. He certainly lived up to his reputation- knowledge and dedication.

Michael lived up to my expectation after being highly recommended to me. I was not only his vast experience that was impressive but more so was his kind and warm attitude during a very tight and worrying period which we as sellers experience. He was always available at all hours, accomodating, understanding and respectful. The time of selling may have been tight and the price not really meeting my expectations but given the circumstances the end result is what matters. I was able to sell at a very tight time frame at market value. I would highly recommend Michael for his integrity, kindness and personal approach to anyone I know.
