Broderick is a very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient agent. He has gone out of his way in helping me in every step of the way during my purchasing of this home. Thank you so much Broderick, I am so happy and lucky being able to purchase my home from your agent.

From the very beginning when i decided to sell my property Broderick was committed to the sale and put all his focus and energy into it. He had great knowledge of the local area, was open and honest when it came to the property and was in regular contact. While he achieved an amazing result, it was the service he provided and the comfort of knowing that the sale of my property was in safe hands that made it an even better experience. I would highly recommend Brod and would definitely use him again as my agent.

A very friendly, professional and approachable agent. He was up front from day one, detailing his extensive knowledge of my Parramatta area. I am extremely satisfied with his service and will recommend him to anyone selling in the Parramatta/Oatlands area. Also a huge thank you to Rowan Thredgold for his followup and advice during the sale. Thank you once again,

We found Steven a very professional agent with an approachable demeanor and certainly knowledgeable in his field. We trusted him to produce an amazing result for the sale of our property and he delivered beyond our expectations. We will have no hesitation in referring him and his business to our friends, family and people we cross paths with. Thank you Steven. A job well done. Nathalie and John

Brod helped us out with all areas of the sale. No job was too much trouble. We were selling my mother's house, after her passing, after 53 years in the family. Brod understood all aspects of our particular situation and helped my siblings and I through the whole challenging process. I would highly recommend him to all.

Steven and his team delivered a great result for us far beyond our expectation! This was achieved through his impressive market knowledge, hard work, and his desire to reach the best price possible for us. His communication throughout the whole process was outstanding keeping us fully informed as to buyer feedback, market conditions, and the auction process in general. Thank you Steven, job well done!

He was able to achieve the amount that he set out to get which was higher than other agents for our apartment. Was always willing to give both positive and negative feedback and always keen to give us feedback on potential buyers and how the property was being received.

Broderick made negotiations to purchase the property at 16/2-4 Iron Street North Parramatta really easy. After many weeks of looking for a suitable property and finding places that did not live up to hype I was so pleased to find this 2 bedder. I must admit Broderick didn't have to work hard to 'sell' me this property - I knew it was mine from the moment I stepped over the threshold!!
