After a deeply frustrating and financially draining experience with previous well regarded agent in the Parramatta and Westmead, I had nearly lost hope in getting my property sold. Despite my previous agent's reputation and strong communication, he delegated most of the work to his junior colleagues who simply did not appear to have the experience or drive needed to close the deal.
