We had an incredible experience working with Lee in purchasing our new home. From our very first meeting, he demonstrated professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping us find the perfect place.

Lee was very knowledgeable of the current market within the Parramatta district and is one of few honest agents that I have ever dealt with. Kept me updated through the whole buying process and worked late to seal the deal. Very professional and would highly recommend Lee to sell your property or purchase a property through him.

Even in such a difficult seller's market for Westmead, Simar was able to sell my property at my ambitious desired selling price. He kept me updated throughout the process and after each regular/potential buyer's requested open house appointments. In comparison, to the last sale price of similar sized property in the same complex, Simar's persistence and willingness to go the extra mile allowed me find a buyer to purchase my Unit by more than $92K!!! His knowledge of potential buyers of Westmead area, advise to prep the property to get the best possible price and selling experience is simply remarkable. I would definitely use him again if such a situation does arise. Thanks Simar for selling my property.

Working with Lee was a great experience. As a first home buyer, there were many things I was uncertain of, and Lee was able to assist every step of the way. I found that Lee was always available to answer my questions and guide me with the utmost level of professionalism. There was an occasion where we asked Lee whether the current owner would be willing to move the settlement date forward, and he kept us updated very often and professionally, showing a commitment to communication. The area was familiar to me, having living there prior - so it was good to hear the current market knowledge from Lee as well. Lee took the time to get the information we needed to make our decisions and we felt he was honest and genuinely cared about the work he was doing. We are happy with the outcome and would recommend Lee to anyone. Definitely a 5 Star Experience!
