Highly Reccomend
Great work from Helen selling my Mothers retirement unit, which are always difficult, as the market is quite limited, however Helen was able to complete the sale with a minimum of fuss and in a timely manner. Highly recommended..

Excellent knowledge about my purchase
I found Helen very helpful with my purchase and explained everything that had to be done. It is the first time i have purchased a Strata Unit and her knowledge was excellent. Helen Ticked All The Boxes
My wife and I spent over 6 months looking for an investment property in the Penrith area . This was a somewhat stressful time , as each inspection of a property involved a 4 hour round trip from Bathurst to Penrith and back . At the start of our quest , we contacted most of the local agents . Some were just woeful in their lack of interest in servicing our needs , and were soon given the flick . One person did stand out as a competent and trustworthy agent , and that was Helen Fitzpatrick . Helen was always prepared to go the 'extra mile' , and we soon came to the conclusion that we would probably end up buying a property through her .We informed Helen exactly what were looking for , and what our price range was . We then sat back and waited ! A few weeks went buy , and then to our delight , Helen rang to inform us that she may have found exactly what were looking for . Another drive to Penrith , maybe 5 minutes inspecting the property , and we made an offer that was accepted by the vendor . Helen kept in regular contact with us whilst all the formalities were carried out , and was there at settlement to hand over the keys . Usually , the agent will give the purchaser a small gift on completion of the sale . She did , but my wife and I were so impressed with Helen , we reciprocated with a bunch of flowers. Recommendation
I would recommend Helen Fitzpatrick. She is very professional and down to earth. Helen was always there to answer any questions that I had. Any issues that came up Helen was onto it. Her knowledge and credibility is first class I went on to buy property in another area of Sydney and realised that a lot of the agents I dealt with were not as credible and professional as Helen.

I recommend Helen to you as a sales agent
Helen kept me fully briefed thru every step of the sales process. She constantly rang and emailed me to keep me updated about potential buyers, the sales price range she believed the property was worth and all matters related to the sale. Helen showed more than 20 groups thru my property on the first open and fielded offers at the top of sales price range. The sale was very quick, effortless on my part and I have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a sales agent.

I have recently purchased a property in Kingswood from Ray White Penrith agent, Helen Fitzpatrick. I found Helen to be knowledgeable about the property. Information I received from her was correct and consistent with the contract and strata report. She was very helpful in facilitating the sale. The after sales service she provided was as impeccable as the before sales service. I will only purchase properties from agents who are ethical, competent, hardworking and personable. Helen is on my short list. I was very impressed with the whole process so I am also having Ray White Penrith manage the investment property on my behalf.
