I first meet Luke at an open house in 2016 where he took my details and since then he has taken the time every three months or so to make a ‘catch-up’ call with me. We had been looking at properties to purchase and found one on which we made an offer on a Friday. Luke’s catch-up call the following Monday (in September 2019) proved to be very timely indeed for both parties. From that ‘phone call, Luke and his colleagues at Ray White Petersham made the selling of my property seamless. Nick and his team are fantastic and I can't rate them highly enough. They go way above what is expected. Not only did they do the normal run of the mill stuff (daily updates, weekly reports, great photos) for the sale but they managed all my trades for my per sale renovation while I was overseas and managed it in the very tight timeframe I had set. They arranged quotes for the renovation and advised on what the current market was looking for. Nick even managed to find me a last minute gardener who transformed our garden after our tenants left it a complete mess (any one looking a trade in Sydney to do anything without a 2-3 week lead time will know how hard this is). All their hard work paid off with an absolutely amazing sale price well above our expectations. Nick even drove all over Sydney to get the updated signed contracts for us so we could settle early. I would not think twice about recommending Nick and his team to anyone look to sell or for someone to manage their property.

My wife and I have been looking for a property for a few months and I found some agents arrogant and pushy. Not Nick Arena, from our first introduction at the open house Nick presented himself not just in a professional manner but also a genuine agent who wanted the best for the vendor and also for the buyer. He made us feel very relaxed ( as relaxed one can be when buying a house) he was always available to discuss the property prior to purchase and we never felt pressure from him. He was by far the best agent we have dealt with during our search for our family home. Even after the contract was signed he continued to go over and above which we greatly appreciated.
