I have dealt with Amber Formosa (Ray White Phillip Island) before as a purchaser and was most impressed, so without any hesitation chose her again as a vendor and she did not disappoint! Amber, as always, was very friendly, understanding and extremely efficient. While I was hoping to have the property listed in time for Easter, she hastened things along (on her end) and had it ready for the long weekend! The basic marketing package was amazing, with a very talented photographer and expert video that showed the property at its best. We received an offer just two days after listing, accepted and signed the deal within a week! The purchaser is "over the moon" to get what she wanted and so are we to get the price we asked - a big win win for everyone. Amber has an honest, gentle, communicative approach to client, works keenly, has a good understanding of real estate contractual intricacies and maintains her list of people searching for properties to match people's needs. Well done Amber, 5 gold stars and highly recommended :)
