I, like everyone else, when it comes to Real Estate Agents had that element of distrust, earned from my late Father, when Kevin was asked to come & see Mum & I, when it was decided to sell Mum & Dad's farm. Kevin was the professional from day dot. My father had passed away 6 months prior to putting the farm on the market, and a month after putting it on the market my mother suffered a Major Stroke. As my family & I were trying to tend to mum, and me with my place in Sydney now having to take on the farm as well. There were times that I needed People to get in gates or read metres etc, I'd give Kevin a call & nothing was to much trouble, he, sometimes, in his own time would run out there to assist whenever he could. A very professional man, a man's word I learned to trust & Kevin was never in a hurry to get it off his books. Kevin had the Property for 9 months, sure we had a lot of "way under" offers but Kevin knew his market & his area very well and ultimately got us the best Price he could in a still dwindling market. The People at Ray White Picton, I'm sure, are proud to call Kevin one of their assets, He's Professionalism, his market knowledge, his knowledge of the Wollondilly Shire area, his ability to relate to frustrated owners & buyers, and on a more important note, his compassion to me during a difficult time will never be forgotten...A true Gentleman..
