Best experience with an agent in 4 states!
Kevin was really helpful and communicated everything that was happening. We had some problems due to the speed of our move and Kevin and the people he recommended sorted the problems out easily. The house sold very quickly as a result, which lets us get on with our lives, thanks to Kevin and his team.

A Great Team
All the team know there job with market additive and current sale with in the area. Having two people at the open house is a bonus because you know your property is in safe hands. Further more i would like to thank all of the team for there efforts in getting our house sold.

Fantastic agent Hassle Free
It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin he is a Fantastic agent nothing was a problem and everything I requested was relayed to old the owners and we were able to make a Hassle Free deal on a beautiful house, we even had two or three inspections of the property before we settled on the property and each time it was easy to arrange with no pressure put on me at anytime. Kevin even broke his shoulder on the weekend and still turned up on the Monday to sign the contracts, although he had to get Barry to help him out when he had surgery and Barry was also a great guy to deal with.. Thank you Kevin and team for a great pressure free experience if only it was always this easy... The house is very comfortable and feels like home already .....Thank you David Bow

Would use again!!!
Kevin was very easygoing yet very professional when we were purchasing our home from him. I really liked that he wasn't "pushy" like I found a lot of realtors are. I believe this is because he has years of experience and knows the market so well. Negotiations were quick and easy, and whole process was smooth and straight forward. Highly recommended!!!
