My husband and I have been involved in the property market for quite some time as buyers and sellers. Kevin O'Mara and his team at Ray White Picton are the easiest, most informative and friendly group we have been involved with. We wish we had gone with them to sell our place originally. We can not thank them enough or speak highly enough of their service!

Thanks to Kevin O'Mara from Ray White Picton for the extremely fast sale of my Buxton property. The home was sold on the first open day for more than we expected to get. Kevin accurately predicted the marker, negotiated well with potential buyers and kept me up to date as events progressed. Unforseen circumstances in selling our house.
We chose Kevin O'Mara as we had been leasing the house through Ray White Picton and he was very familiar with the house and the area. Unfortunately, we had a difficult and unusual situation when it came to the settlement of our house, and Kevin was very helpful and dealt with the situation in a very professional manner.

Great agent to deal with excellent communicater.

Highly recommended
I have dealt with Kevin over the past 10 years working in the industry and I had no hesitation in my decision to use him to sell my home. He was professional, honest which is a word not usually used to describe an agent, reliable and showed great knowledge of the area and marketing. If Kevin wasn't available his team at Ray White Picton were helpful and well informed about my sale and Kev was always aware of my conversations with the office. I would use Kev and the team again.
