Great communicator
From the very first meeting with Rod he gave us the confidence that he would achieve a great result. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. On auction day he put us at ease and ran a professional auction, helping us to make the right decision to achieve our sale. We wouldn’t hesitate using him again or recommending him to others.

Rod is fantastic agent who really knows his stuff
We have known Rod for many years thanks to him keeping in touch every so often and always being available to chat and answer questions. Naturally we therefore didn’t need to look any further for an experienced and professional agent when we decided to sell our home. Exceptional service from start to finish!
The recent sale of our home at auction with Rod exceeded our expectations. Rod kept us updated after every inspection & we didn’t feel that we had to go to Rod for any questions because he just made sure all bases were covered. The final result we achieved on auction day we don’t believe would have happened had Rod not been behind the hammer & running the campaign. Crazy to think we set a new suburb record & we cant recommend Rod highly enough!

Needs to develop soft skills
With not doubt in Rod' skills as an auctioneer and industry knowledge he could work on the soft skills of sale by private treaty. Gone are the days where high pressure bullish tactics are appropriate in a climate where people have enough pressures and demands from work, family and life.

Rod's communication and professionalism has been exceptional throughout the buying process.
