Service Beyond Expectation
A huge thank you to Rod and Wayne (and the whole team) at Ray White Glenelg. Throughout the sale campaign, Wayne kept me well notified of every update and was very honest and knowledgeable with regards to how the campaign was performing. I had complete confidence in Wayne and the team. The communication, understanding and overall professionalism shown by both Wayne and Rod, resulted in our property achieving a higher than expected sell price. I especially appreciated Wayne’s honesty, integrity and the hard work he put in throughout the entire campaign, including right up to the end of the auction (and since) This is clear proof that both he and Rod know their market. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wayne, Rod and the whole team at Ray White Glenelg.

Dedicated and committed to a achieving a great result
Rod recently sold my two storey home via Auction in Glengowrie. Having coincidently previously purchased through Rod as well, I can see how hard he works for both parties to achieve a great result for everyone involved. During the campaign, I wanted my potential buyers to be communicated with efficiently and professionally, just as much as I did, which Rod nailed. Throughout the entire process he kept me informed and up to date with the current interest, while relaying any information to my potential buyers too. Rod made it seem like he was only selling my house, with the absolute most dedication and passion, as though it were his own home, even though I’m fully aware of the large volume of other clients he has at the same time. It takes someone with immense passion to do this at this level and I appreciate it. Rod is the go to agent in Glengowrie and surrounding suburbs. If I didn’t consider using his services, I’d be missing out potential relationships to tap into that could result in further interest. I admire his passion in real estate and networking in these suburbs which is evident with the volume of groups through the open inspections.
