I am a hard-marker and don't give '5 star' ratings flippantly. Rod has surpassed my expectations for the following reasons - he responds to all calls and texts (without fail) and this is often well after-hours - I know Rod is a busy agent, but I never felt like he was in a rush. In fact, due to his willing to regularly talk and strategise, I often felt like I was his only client - I received a number of proactive calls and follow-ups including a weekly 'summary' report of enquiries - He was able to flex and change the sales strategy very quickly - with the constant threat of COVID restrictions, this was invaluable - As a salesperson, he is firm and energetic, but it never crossed into feeling 'pushed' - The end dollar result was excellent - the property was unique in many ways and would only appeal to a bespoke buyer - Rod understood and embraced this and I felt it was marketed perfectly to this niche - There were some challenges in the sale (not due to Rod) that required careful further negotiation. These were tackled with experience and skill. Rod, individually was excellent, and I would have no hesitation recommending my friends and family to him. I felt that he genuinely cared and was working in my interests. It is worth noting that the Ray White Glenelg office equally is worthy of compliment. - Documentation was produced quickly and accurately (digital signatures were a breeze) - It was terrific to receive almost instantaneous key updates in the sales process from the very efficient Donna (Office Manager) - It just appears that the office is a well-oiled machine

Rod had a good overall knowledge of the market, and was kept upto date with viewings. Perhaps could of held off a bit as there was no hurry so did feel a little rushed and possibly could have pushed for more , them the breaks
