The best real estate agent I’ve come across
Rod was onto the campaign from the beginning, very knowledgeable in the market and confident in what could be achieved. He worked really hard to get the result that was achieved and was honest and helpful the whole way through. He made the process very easy and keep my informed every step of the way. He put in a lot of time and effort and was very professional in the whole process. Fantastic result because of him!!

Extremely happy
Rod was very helpful from the very beginning. Very patient and assisted us throughout the process. Rod kept us in the loop with numerous follow up phone calls prior to the auction. Rod was genuine and very informative and transparent whilst providing us with required information.

Ultimate Professional
Samuel is the ultimate professional who is honest and upfront. His communication is second to none, checking in regularly and letting us know any relevant news, even if that happened to be no news. He is proactive (yet without arrogance or pushiness), so we knew he was doing everything to get the best sale possible and were confident that leads or interest would not slip by unchecked. Selling during a pandemic brought its own specific obstacles, but Sam rose to the challenge, going the extra mile to get the job done. He is highly knowledgeable about the market in the area and a genuine guy who made selling a smooth experience. We highly recommend Sam and his team.

Chris was outstanding and worked really hard to sell my father's property
When my brother and I were in the unfortunate position of having to sell the family home after my father passed away, we were recommended by a friend to to give Chris a call. Chris arranged to meet with us almost immediately and we were impressed by his local knowledge and professional, yet compassionate, approach. The sale of the property was made much harder by the start of the COVID-19 pandemic which meant that open inspections were no longer allowed and the auction took place on-line. Chris was honest and up front with us every step of the way. He touched base every couple of days and was very responsive when we called. What was a very stressful situation for all of us, ended up being one where we were able to put our trust in Chris and were able to sell the house via the on-line auction. I highly recommend Chris and the team at Ray White.

I purchased a house that Rod had listed.
Rod was welcoming, informative and extremely helpful from the initial house viewing to the completion of the purchase. He welcomed enquiries re the property and acted promptly to supply answers to any of my queries. Friendly, outgoing and the consumate professional, as evidenced by his conducting of the Auction at which my own property was sold. Very easy to communicate with thereby making it no problem to recommend him for any real estate dealings.
