Rod was our agent when selling our house at auction. We really liked that he was both the agent and the auctioneer, and this helped on auction day as he had built up relationships with the bidders. Rod was great to deal with from the first open inspection. He was keen to engage with us as potential buyers and followed up regularly and prior to auction day to ensure we had all the information we needed for the property and the auction process. It made it easy that he made the time to contact us rather than us trying to chase him. He was more than happy to answer any questions about the property and explain the sales process.
