Highly recommended consummate professional
We were overwhelmed at the thought of selling our family home. However, from the moment we met with Nick we realized we were in expert hands. Nick and the team were consummate professionals. His experience and knowledge of the market was so convincing. We were well informed as to what we could expect from the sale. He gave us suggestions on how we might improve the presentation of the house prior to putting it on the market and recommended local, reliable and very reasonably priced contractors to assist us in getting the house ready for sale. During the sale campaign, Nick worked extremely hard and kept in constant contact with the family, continually updating us and sending us written reports every week of the campaign. To be honest, I can’t thank him enough for his guidance and honesty throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick to anyone looking to sell their home.

We had heard of Nick through friends of ours as he had successfully sold their house when others failed. Nick has a special skill at matching clients on his books with houses that will float their boat. We have loved living in our house for the last 24 years and know that the couple who have purchased the house will treasure it to - which is important to us. Absolutely exceeded our expectations!
We just happened to call Nick one day about another property when he mentioned a property coming on the market that ticked all of our boxes. We fell in love at the open and eagerly awaited to hear if we were successful with our offer. From the minute our offer was accepted, no question was ever too silly and we felt so at ease knowing we could call, text or email any time throughout the process! I found my agent to be very professional and thorough in my transactions and sale of my property.
I recommend my agent to all. The upfront costs agreed were fair and reaaonable without any hidden extras. I was not nor did I feel ripped off. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. A no-nonsense and very thorough approach. An honest approach was the greatest asset for me, with the sale of my property. I was kept informed and had all my questions answered.
