Leah and Chloe helped us buy our home in Whyalla Noorie and made the process seamless. Their communication was outstanding, and they always handled challenges calmly. While they were knowledgeable, communication was occasionally delayed, which sometimes made planning difficult. We highly recommend both Leah and Chloe.

Leah was outstanding throughout the entire process. She is highly knowledgeable, professional and responsive, with every query followed up and answered clearly. What impressed me most was that her service did not end once the sale was completed. Leah continued to follow up afterwards and made sure everything was in order. She is legally aware, easy to communicate with, genuine and reliable. I would highly recommend Leah to anyone looking for a professional who genuinely cares about her clients.

Leah dealt mostly with my buyer’s agent and noted she was very responsive. I had a positive experience.

Overall, my purchasing experience with Ray White Whyalla for 39 Phillips Street was smooth. While price negotiations felt leaned toward the seller — creating some extra overhead with top-ups to our super to reach the price point despite offering a fair market price. A huge shoutout to Claudia in property management for her fantastic communication and support — she made the transition completely stress-free when tenants vacated with a very short period of time and she got a new tenant in no time. Happy with the overall service!
