About Emily

Emily Doolah is a 2nd generation Douglas Shire local. Growing up carefree in this unique and wondrous area that she now happily raises her own family in. Beginning her Real Estate career as an Administrator assisting Mark Flinn in 2008, Emily moved into Property Management with an extensive portfolio till 2011. Whilst Emily was nurturing a young family away from the Real Estate industry her interest in the property market has remained constant. The decision to join the Ray White team with the opportunity to build a bespoke property management division was without a doubt the easiest in her career, the decision was based on Ray White's leading edge systems and most importantly the reputation built on service, family values, and customer satisfaction. This full circle connection was ideally timed with the new rental reforms and legislation and Emily’s ongoing training and further qualifications proudly enhance her extensive experience. The motivating force for Emily is ensuring her landlords' investments are protected and tenants are valued, both achieved with confidential management skills and professional communication.

Outstanding Property Manager.

Emily has gone above and beyond for us looking after our property in Pt Douglas. She has organised various trades and suppliers to refurbish an apartment for us which has been a godsend as we live in Katherine, NT. The finished product looks awesome and she has gained a rental increase for us in the process! Emily is a great example of an outstanding employee. She's definitely a keeper! Outstanding Property Management Services

As our chapter comes to a close with the sale of our lovely property in Port Douglas I just wanted to send a shout out to Emily and Ashlee of Ray White for their outstanding service as my property managers over the last couple of years. They have taken the stress out of being a landlord who is located interstate. I had no issues and I had no anxiety worrying about the property while in their capable hands. Exceptional service from Mark Finn and his team of professionals at Ray White.

After searching Australia for our retirement home for 2 years we were thrilled to eventually find an agent who was happy to help us with our search and listen to what we were after- his knowledge of the area and the market was second to none. We felt totally supported through every step of the way. This was especially appreciated as we from Victoria- we are excited about being part of the Port Douglas community 🙏🙏
