The Ray White sales team in Port Douglas have very much the 'team spirit'. For instance, quite often there will be 2 possibly 3 of the sales team that visit the seller or buyer to reinforce the attributes of the property that they are marketing. We are also impressed with the attention to detail they took in presenting the product, including professional photography and drone images. Her approach demonstrated that she appreciated and understood our end goal as the vendors, and her communication skills are absolutely first class. Soula demonstrated by her ability to listen and advise accordingly using her expertise in Real Estate matters in the local area. On a personal level, we found her friendly, personable and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend her highly enough as an agent. On behalf of myself and my partner we would like to acknowledge Soula Kazakis of Port Douglas Ray White on her exemplary commitment to selling our home at 21 Shalom Close, Cooya Beach 4873. We thought the sale had fallen through at one stage,but,she never waivered in her confidence of getting over the line. We knew prices were slowly dropping and ours being an older home, rented out for a number of years had its issues, and again Soula did more than her best. We would appreciate if she could be recognised by the State team as an absolute asset to the company. We live interstate and she advised us and kept us informed via FaceTime and phone calls during the process of the sale.
