I have my property leased with Ray White Punchbowl for the last few years. The unit recently became vacant and required some renovation which was organised by Donna. She requested quotes for my approval and kept me informed on the renovation process. New tenants were lined up to move in after the renovation was completed. I am very happy with the management and communication and during the renovation and specially with Donna’s effort to keep the renovation on track. I can highly recommend the agency.

I first met Donna from Ray White Punchbowl after enquiring about a couple of properties they had listed. Donna did ask me what I was lookjng for and a budget I would like to keep to. After I told her this she advised me of a unit that I may like that wasn't yet listed. After looking at the unit and knowing the price it suited what I was looking for so I was happy to go ahead. I had one issue that was relating to the external aerial that has been dealt with speedily and the whole experience gives me no hesitation to contact Donna for any future accomodation needs. Paul
