We put our house up for auction and he was able to bring the crowds n bidders to the auction. In that regards John has done really well and the house wouldnt have sold without the interested bidders. However he did push rather hard for his preferred reserve price instead of ours. In the scheme of things it didnt matter. It have come down to a difference of opinion. Overall John n his team are reliable and we are grateful for the assistance.
