For someone purchasing their first property John made the whole process very smooth and easy to deal with. John demonstrated an extensive knowledge of property in the area. When setting the estimated value, he explained the rationale (pros and cons). He worked hard at achieving a result, was in constant contact and provided feedback on each inspection. Campaign was a challenge due to the lockdown but it was managed really well. He is a good listener and gave honest feedback. Highly recommended.

To Who It May Concern & The Head Office Of Ray White We found Mr John Yatman is more than an Excellent sale person , He and Donna manage our property for 11 years or more , one day my accountant ask us to make an enquire to sell , so I checked with John with the sale matter , he told us the market is very Hot he knew the market back to front , even with this sale of 161 Victoria Rd took only 11 days to sold not 11 years . One day he told us to bring forward of the auction day ,I said to him ( You are the Boss ) what ever you say we will be follow your instructions we were so confident with John . He is very kind with very friendly like a friend , especially we can communicated with WhatsApp we can write to each other and pull a Joke together. We do not know much of the the new way of online auction he assisted me with a lot with his great patience , In the end of this sale he gave us more Money 49999.00 Over our reserve price .
