BEST AGENT EVER!
John's approach was modest, friendly & sincere. Never cocky, overbearing & definitely not pushy or annoying. Genuine, kind and understanding. ALWAYS available and nothing was "too hard to handle." Friendly & compassionate and didn't seem to blink an eye in the worst of situations. Negotiable and reasonable - helped me sell and buy with no dilemmas and fought hard for me without me even knowing it! I have sold many properties and this is the FIRST time I received the price I asked for! Very, VERY HAPPY! I purchased another property through John Yatman and I will NEVER use a different agent!
