Property management done right!
I couldn’t be happier with the way Oktay looks after my rental property and how it’s being managed. He is always on top of everything, proactive, and extremely reliable. Communication is excellent. I’m kept informed at every step and always receive clear, upfront advice on the best solutions when issues arise. It’s reassuring to know my property is in such capable hands. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient property manager.

Amazing people
Ray White Pyrmont helped us look for an apartment in such a short notice. Michelle and Oktay saved us from becoming homeless. The process was easy and they guided us in every step. They are very helpful, reliable, honest, and responsive. Hands down, probably the best agent we had so far.

Excellent Communication
Very responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. Communication was seamless when organising an inspection and then moving in. They organised an electrician to come out and fix lights quickly without me asking and when I did ask for the dryer to be fixed, they organised for a new one delivered about a week later or so. Had no dramas whatsoever, everything I would expect from a professional and attentive real estate agent.

Responsive and attentive
I have been a tenant with Ray White Pyrmont for 6 months and cannot fault Oktay and his team for their assistance with securing the lease and any queries / issues we have had in the time we have been tenants. I would not hesitate to recommend them as leasing agents and imagine they provide the same excellent service as sales agents to owners and buyers.

Excellent agent
This was my first time renting an apartment in Australia, and I’m so glad I had the chance to work with Oktay. He was incredibly patient during the inspection, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. His proactive attitude truly stood out—he went above and beyond to assist with my application and kept me updated on everything I needed to know. The entire process, from inspection to signing the lease agreement, was impressively fast and seamless. Moreover during the lease period, he was responsible and accountable for answering the problem I faced with the utilities and this property.
