Brad was able to get our house on the market quickly and within 2 weeks we had offers coming in. Before the house went on the market Brad gave us feedback on what areas needed to be improved before it was listed. He also did some hard yards in cleaning some of the cobwebs on the windows and cleaned the exhausts above the stove top! Brad gave us immediate feedback after the open homes.
