My partner and I bought a property through Brad Omara recently. His communication was excellent throughout, he helped me understand the auction process at the time and he has been extremely helpful in recommending contractors since the sale went through. Brad gives excellent service both during the sales process and also after which I think is pretty unusual. He is friendly, professional and very helpful. I 100% recommend Brad and his team.

I recently had the immense pleasure of working with Brad O'Mara to purchase my first home, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the very beginning, Brad demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication that far exceeded my expectations. He provided invaluable insights and guidance, ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. Communication with Brad was always prompt and clear. He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how trivial he might have seemed, and his patience and responsiveness made me feel like a top priority. He went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the buying process was seamless. Whether it was negotiating the best deal, coordinating inspections, or guiding me through the paperwork, Brad handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism. I had to request early settlement as I came from overseas and did not have a place to stay, He stayed until 7pm to make sure early settlement happens on the same day and making sure I have a roof for my 4 months old baby, Couldn't thank you enough for all the help. Thanks to Brad, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful home. His hard work, dedication, and unwavering support made this major milestone in my life not only possible but also enjoyable. I cannot recommend Brad highly enough to anyone in search of a property. He is simply the best! Thank You Again Brad (The Best)

Brad knows the Queanbeyan market and has probably sold most of it at least twice. He knows about places he isn’t marketing, who is, and what’s potentially undesirable about them. If you are looking for a home in Queanbeyan Brad is your man.

I recently had my property for sale with another agent and was incredibly dissatisfied. After a recommendation from personal friend, I reached out to Brad. From the first conversation to our last, he has impressed me with his professionalism and communication which was incredibly important to me. I heard from almost Brad every week in relation to my property and it’s sale status. He would reach out to his own network of people who might have been interested and had enquiries within days of advertising. Once we found a buyer, he still remained in touch and gave me updates as needed. I will continue to recommend Brad to anyone. I know that is trying to sell their property as he truly is the best in business. Thank you Brad!
