Sold our Home with Professionalism

Pleasant Friendly an very approachable
Only recently meet Luke when we approached him in regards to selling our Dads house, the process has been smooth, along with a quick sale in a relatively quiet market in a small country town. Luke Scalon is a good agent. Easy to deal with. The only thing is that, the commission for residential sales of 5% is expensive. It sold my house quickly, my house was a very reasonable price. I appreciated that they help me to sell it, but next time I will have to choose another agent that it charges less than 5%. Thank you

Goodbye Wallabadah from Vicki Hartin
With mixed emotions, the sale of my beautiful country house at Wallabadah sold very quickly, much to the surprise of a lot of people from the area, & I believe it's all because of the amazing job Luke did with his following up on any interest in my house. I said to Luke in the beginning of the sale contract.....March / April, you have until June to get it sold Luke, (it was sold in April) & I still remember the look on his face, with what I had said, he was quite taken back a bit I think.
