Starting as an assistant property manager in 2007, Tim quickly demonstrated a passion for the field. His journey saw him progress to a senior property manager role, where he fine-tuned his property management and client relations skills. In pursuit of further challenges and opportunities, Tim made a strategic move to a local agency in Redcliffe, where he played a pivotal role in expanding their Property Management department. Over 12 months, he effectively managed a growing rent roll, showcasing his expertise in property management. Tim's commitment to professional growth and excellence led him to obtain his license as a Real Estate Agent in 2011. Since then, Tim has been one of the Business Owners and has led the Property Management team at Ray White Redcliffe. Central to Tim's approach is his emphasis on cultivating strong client relationships. He helps his team understand and exceed client expectations, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all facets of property management. Tim is deeply invested in the training and development of his team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and expertise within his agency.

Alex Beker is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry, dedicated to ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for investors and tenants. Alex is committed to guiding clients through the entire process, from start to finish, ensuring that their properties meet all the current property legislation requirements. Alex has always had a true passion for the real estate industry, after several years of experience in property management as a property manager she transitioned into business development which allows her to continue her passion for customer service. In her spare time Alex enjoys spending time with her family including weekend football games with her teenage sons, gym, cooking and binge watching her favourite tv series. Alex's passion for client relationships makes her the perfect addition to the Ray White Redcliffe and Ray White Margate team.

With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for property management, Luana is one of our Senior Property Managers. Luana has over 10 years of experience in real estate, working her way up from a Leasing role to Property Management and Business Development Manager, her knowledge and expertise in legislation and what it means to be a landlord in Queensland are invaluable. Luana is proactive and organised and strives to go above and beyond for every client with professional service. Luana is fully committed to negotiating the best possible outcome for her clients in order to minimise vacancy time whilst also attracting the right calibre of tenants. Luana believes a successful relationship is founded on patience, honesty, integrity and transparency.
