From our first interaction with Jesse, he knew his stuff. I spoke to around 6 property managers from other companies, all seemed to tell me what I wanted to hear and not honest facts. Jesse was very knowledgeable about new legislation, and gave me honest expectations. The information provided by Darcy at the rental inspection was detailed and fantastic, he was happy to answer any further questions we had during the weeks leading up to our move. They were the agent for our previous rental and we were more than happy to be dealing with them again in our new rental property.
