Adam first called me on a Monday in response to an inquiry I had made regarding the property. From the jump he was professional and personable, answering my (seemingly) endless stream of questions with efficiency and kindness. I was really impressed. When I attended the open home I was further impressed with the incredible team work between Adam and Chloe. That afternoon Chloe followed up with me and answered the additional stream of questions I had, and then also went and found the additional info I had asked for and sent it through without me even needing to follow up. Jesse’s team somehow managed to balance both my interest (as the buyer) and the seller’s interest (from my point of view) as it was their professionalism that helped me decide to offer $15k more than the budget I had set myself. Honest professional answers, no cheesy sales tactics, the epitome of professionalism for real estate. Their aftercare has been AMAZING as well!
