The decision to have Alastair sell our property was made many months before deciding to sell. We attended a Saturday  open for inspection hosted by Alastair just as curious lookers and were followed up that afternoon to get our thoughts and also recommend any other suitable properties. I know first hand many agents in the area don't even follow up EVER let alone on the same day!!
