Selling a property can be stressful but Alastair was committed to selling and marketing the property to the best of his ability to arrive at a good result for the sale of our property. Alastair was conscientous and worked continously to achieve this. Alastair made sure that we were well informed of each step taken, giving us a phone report after each open day. He was always keeping in contact with us. He answered his phone every time if we needed to ask questions and if he was busy he would call as soon as he was free. Communication was excellent.

Having never met Ben before I was pleasantly surprised with how open and friendly he was, while maintaining a professional demeanour. He was flexible with scheduling opens and prompt to follow up (which, in my book, goes a very long way indeed). I had a few options when it came to auctions that weekend, I ended up winning the home Ben took us through and couldn't be happier. He seemed to work out terms and dates that kept both the vendor and I (a fussy buyer) happy. Thanks again Ben!

Val went above and beyond and always kept us across each open inspection and leading up to the auction. Val was able to share his insights and experience with us and guided us through the process. I've sold houses before however this by far was the easiest yet. Val is very trustworthy and was able to build rapport immediately with not just us, but our extended family, whilst remembering everyone's name (which is a huge trait) I would highly recommend Val to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and I will definitely have Val represent my family moving forward.

At age 59, I am not easily impressed by real estate agents. In my opinion, Matthew Clark is a first class agent. I highly recommend that you talk to Matthew if you are considering selling your property. I couldn’t be happier with his service and professionalism and the excellent auction sale result achieved for my property. I was a walk-in to Ray White Reservoir’s office. I chose Ray White as my first option because I assessed them to be the market leading agency in real estate sales in the area. After my initial consultation with Matthew, I had no reason to look elsewhere. My dealings with him and his colleagues demonstrated the reasons for their success: • Excellent, up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, • Expert guidance in crafting and implementing an effective marketing and inspections campaign and auction, • Regular and informative updates on the progress of the campaign, • The best communications and coordination that I have ever experienced between the various departments and staff within the agency (Matthew and his associate selling agents, the marketing team, and the property management team) and externally (me, my solicitor, conveyancer and others) that were involved in a complicated sale involving a deceased estate, a change in tenancy and a handover of property management to Ray White from an existing manager.
