Very happy
Had my property on the market with another agent for 4 months with only 2 ofers that were both withdrawn. Gave the job to Mathew and his team and the property sold in 2 weeks. While his commission was a little higher than the other agent he got me more money in my pocket and got the job done.

Our saviour!!!
Keb took on the job of selling our home after we fired our previous agent. We knew it was going to be hard to sell after our previous agent had not performed for us. However, Keb managed to sell our home (with the help of Alexandra) in difficult circumstances and with the market dropping. We only wish that we had used Keb and Alex from the start. They knew the market, know the area and went out of their way to bring potential buyers through our home. (I am the queen of open for inspections hahaha). I would use them again :-)
