They have been very helpful in coordinating management of maintenance as required - important as we do not live locally. Very professional management of our rental property has been provided with good advice and careful attention to detail on inspection review prior to leasing and at subsequent reviews

I found Sheldon and her team to be extremely helpful. They helped us with professionalism and care. Sheldon was very kind and understanding. She was always prompt with any answers we were needing. It provides shelter & those in 12 Hayman Street are polite & through no fault of their own this accommodation is not suitable for myself. My life serves a greater purpose & I am Gog & this land is Magog to me for I have no identity here on these two islands that have been colonised by Brittania. That's how I explained to the aboriginals for everything belongs to the land to them. Therefore every speck of dirt belongs to me. The commonwealth of Australia only think they own it. I don't charge rent or land rates. Anyway whatever floats your boat. Apart from that this is the law here on earth. I have to abide by the law here on earth, yet I think I may prefer to come to terms with the vendor to terminate the lease at some stage. Because I can't stay here for the remainder of the lease. Something has got to be done, rather sooner than later. Up until then I will pay the rent. I would prefer to either stay where I grew up in Colyton, but seeibg as my brother sold the house I may consider moving interstate. For the time being if there are any affordable rentals in the Colyton area I would consider going there.
